A Better Container for the Same Logic
When I published the video about how an ordinary person can own 0.1 Bitcoin, I shared an Excel DCA table. That table looked basic, but it took me two full days to build. I checked the ROI calculations and compound formulas line by line with my financial assistant to make sure they were correct. The logic was solid, but the interface was not. Every time you opened the file, you saw a dense grid of numbers. Many people still had to study how to fill it in.
Because of that, I asked myself whether I could put the same expert-level financial logic into a foolproof interface. The result is this small program, a 2.0 version of the plan. It keeps the original calculation core, but the experience now feels like a different era. You can delete the old spreadsheet if you want. If the Excel version still works for you, keep using it. If you found it tiring, the new tool is ready.
Think of it as a DCA roadmap, not an automatic trading bot. It exists to make your Bitcoin accumulation plan easier to follow over a long period.
Why Discipline Beats Feeling
Most retail investors do not fail because they are stupid. They fail because their hands shake at the moment of execution. You know the routine. Salary arrives, you open the exchange, the price is up, and you hesitate because you are afraid of chasing. The price is down, and you hesitate because you are afraid of catching a falling knife. Those few minutes in front of the K-line are pure human nature.
What I like about this tool is that it has no fear. It will coldly display a red frame and suggest buying five times the regular share. At that point, you do not need to debate like a human. You only need to execute like a machine.
In this market, people who rely on feelings eventually disappear. People who rely on discipline are the ones who make money.
Exchange Bots Assume Rich Logic; This Tool Assumes Salary Logic
A smart viewer will ask: why not just use the DCA bot built into Binance or another exchange? The question is fair because exchange robots are powerful and they are also anti-human. However, they have three major drawbacks for ordinary retail investors.
First, exchange bots use rich logic. They assume you already have a large total amount sitting in your account, often 1,000 USDT or 5,000 USDT at minimum. Most of us live on monthly salary and invest incrementally. Right now we may have no spare money; our money arrives next month. An exchange bot cannot plan around next month's salary, but this tool can. It serves your future cash flow.
Second, exchange bots often freeze a big pile of funds just to wait for a dip. If the market keeps rising, that money sits idle. My tool is more flexible. If conditions are not suitable for buying, it can suggest putting your cash into a simple wealth management product so your money keeps working.
Third, exchange bots are often too complicated. Price deviation, multiplier tracking, drawdown ratio: these settings confuse most people. Should you set 30%? Should you set 20%? I turned the tool into a black box strategy. The complex math is handled in the background with the help of Gemini and Grok. You do not need to understand functions. You only need to understand one plain sentence: buy or sell.
So this is more than a bookkeeping tool. It combines the professionalism of an exchange bot with the reality of a working person's cash flow.
A Dashboard That Tells You What to Do
The dashboard is designed to be a clean God's-eye view. You do not need to stare at complicated K-lines. It reads your current position and gives you a direct result. In a normal price condition, it tells you to buy the same amount as usual. When the Bitcoin price has risen a lot, it tells you to do nothing. When the price has fallen a lot, it tells you to buy more. You simply follow the instructions it gives you.
Risk preferences are not the same for everyone. The way you treat Bitcoin may be different from the way you treat altcoins. That is why I did not force a single mandatory rule. The monitoring parameters can be adjusted. You can add other coins to your DCA plan if you want. You decide how much to allocate.
For example, Bitcoin is generally more stable, so you might choose to add on smaller dips. Other coins are more volatile, so you might wait for a deeper pullback before entering. You set the parameters, and the tool handles the calculations.
A Warning About Meme Coins
Please do not take this tool and use it to DCA into meme coins. Using it for meme coins is pure gambling. The tool can do a lot, but it cannot save you from a casino game.
Solving the Sell Problem with a Highest Waterline
Selling too early is one of the most painful mistakes in a bull market. To address this, I added a logic upgrade on top of the original spreadsheet: a highest-waterline check. The system tracks the highest point of the trend. Only when the price truly breaks a key position does it suggest phased profit-taking.
If the price does not make a new high, the tool tells you to hold, even if you have booked profits on paper. This way, you do not have to guess whether we are at the top, and you do not get scared out of your position by a normal pullback. It helps you stay invested longer during a bull market.
Clean Accounting for Every Trade
Accuracy is the bottom line for any financial tool. Many people used the old spreadsheet and got their principal deductions or ROI numbers wrong. By the end of the year, when they needed to do taxes or review performance, their data was a mess.
This program is written to a financial accounting standard. Every buy and sell is recorded clearly. When your data is accurate, your decisions can be accurate.
I am still testing and optimizing the tool myself. For example, the current date setting shows weeks, but some people prefer monthly or daily frequency. Those time settings will be adjustable.
A Tool to Constrain Human Nature
DCA is a good strategy, but it is also an anti-human strategy. We cannot completely defeat human nature, but we can use a tool to constrain it. This 2.0 version turns agonizing choices into simple execution instructions.
From the dashboard signals to the highest-waterline logic, every design choice has one job: remove the hesitation that kills most DCA plans. I am still refining the tool, but the core idea is already clear. You bring the discipline, the tool brings the cold, calculated voice that tells you what to do next.
I share this as my personal approach, not investment advice.
